The warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

In cases of technological shoe defects that do NOT depend on the buyer, the service for their elimination is provided free of charge.

Also, we serve and repair our shoes.

RETURNS

When you place an order with us on hameleon-shoes.com.ua, you are welcome to return any item(s) using our free returns service, provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.

The period for the return and exchange of goods is 14 calendar days from the time of the sale of the goods (the Law of Ukraine "On the zahist rights of co-existence", art. 9), provided that the integrity of the package is preserved, the goods are not in use and if there is a commodity check. The goods are in the use of exchange and can not be returned.

When exchanging goods, delivery of a new one is performed after receiving the previous one.
